Ingredients

  • 500 g seafood (shrimp, cuttlefish, mussels, octopus)
  • 2 tbsp red curry paste
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce or soy sauce
  • fresh basil
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • pinch of sugar
  • salt
  • oil

Steps

Fry garlic in oil, add curry paste and diced peppers and chilli.

Stir for about 5 minutes and add seafood, fish or soy sauce, cover and simmer for another 5 minutes. Then drizzle with lime juice, season with sugar or salt and stir in chopped basil. Serve with noodles or rice.
