Thoroughly mix the thawed seafood with the spices, garlic and olive oil. First fry in a pan, then add a little water and simmer for 15 – 20 minutes. A few minutes before finishing, stir in the noodles rinsed with water and let the flavours combine for a few more minutes, stirring constantly.
Slice the courgette into thin slices and fry in a second pan until crisp in a minimum of oil. Stir in the noodles and mussels.
