1 | Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions. |
2 | Melt butter in a large pan, add garlic. |
3 | Next, add the prawns and fry for about 2-3 minutes. Gradually add more seafood and cover everything with white wine. Cook for about 3-4 minutes. |
4 | Pour in the tomato puree and cover with a lid. Cook for a further 5 minutes. |
5 | Remove the lid and add the spaghetti to the sauce, reduce the heat to low and allow to bubble for 3-5 more minutes, stirring constantly. |
