Ingredients

  • 300-500 g seafood (mix)
  • 3 capers
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 medium onion (or bunch of spring onions)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • basil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (ground or fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Steps

Sauté finely chopped onion in olive oil preferably in a wok, add seafood, chopped zucchini, garlic, season with ginger, basil, pepper, pour and simmer for 5 minutes.

Then add the chopped peppers, tomatoes, salt, lime juice, a spoonful of honey and let it bubble on low heat for about 20-25 minutes.
