Rinse the seafood with warm water. Fry onion and garlic in oil. Add the seafood and sauté. Stir in the sauces, juice and ginger. Simmer for about 6-8 minutes.
Dry toast the baguette in a pan or toaster oven. Drizzle the finished baguette with olive oil. Season the finished fruit with salt and pepper. Garnish the baguette with the finished seafood. Serve immediately.
